Billing and plans

Consultad offers three pricing tiers designed to scale with your advertising business. All plans include the AI assistant, dashboard, and platform integrations.

Available plans

• Free - a 14-day trial with no credit card required. Explore the dashboard, connect your ad accounts, and test the AI assistant.
• Standard - for agencies and advertisers managing active campaigns. Priced as a percentage of your managed ad spend with a monthly floor.
• Enterprise - for large-scale operations needing dedicated support, custom SLAs, and higher usage limits. Contact sales for pricing.

How pricing works

Consultad charges a percentage of your managed ad spend - the total spend across all connected ad accounts in your tenant. There are no per-seat charges. Your entire team can use the platform at no extra cost.

The billing cycle follows calendar months (1st to last day of the month). Each month, your invoice reflects:

• A monthly floor (minimum charge), plus
• The percentage-based fee on actual ad spend if it exceeds the floor threshold.

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription in Settings > Billing within your dashboard:

• View your current plan and usage.
• Access and download past invoices.
• Update your payment method.
• Manage your billing address and tax ID.

Consultad uses Stripe for payment processing. All payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on Consultad servers.

Upgrading and downgrading

• Upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
• Cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Invoices

Invoices are generated monthly and available in Settings > Billing. Each invoice includes a breakdown of your floor charge and any overage based on ad spend. Invoices include applicable VAT.
