How Consultad uses AI - which providers power it, where your data is processed, what we never do with it, and the infrastructure behind the platform.
AI models we use
Chat assistant
The AI assistant you talk to inside the platform runs on an advanced language model. You describe what you need in plain language, and the assistant helps you manage your account, always with your confirmation before any change is made. Requests are processed under the model provider's commercial terms, which prohibit using your data to train their models.
Analytics and reporting
Analytics and reporting use a separate, dedicated model, running in cloud infrastructure within EU regions.
Creative generation
Dynamic creative overlays are produced using a template-based image engine - not an AI model.
We never train AI models on your data
We do not use your data - including chat prompts, responses, campaign metrics, or creatives - to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any foundation model. The commercial terms governing every AI provider we use explicitly prohibit them from using customer data to train their models.
How your data flows
Every client's data lives in its own fully isolated space. There's no path for one account's data to reach another.
Your account data, campaign data, and application infrastructure run in an EU data center (Poland). AI processing follows the data-handling terms of each model provider - see "AI models we use" above for details.
Data residency by feature
Account infrastructure, databases, and analytics AI processing run in EU regions. The chat assistant is processed under commercial terms that prohibit training on your data; regional pinning to the EU for chat is not guaranteed by default.
Security
- Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit
- Authentication: Google OAuth or email/password
- Payments: processed via Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
- Credentials: stored in a secure credential vault
Infrastructure
- Region: EU data center (Poland) for application infrastructure and analytics processing. Chat processing is governed by the provider's data-protection terms - see "AI models we use" for details.
Human-in-the-loop
The assistant always asks for your confirmation before making changes to your campaigns. No write action executes automatically.
